1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Redirect Frog (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Usage (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Redirect Frog ("Redirect Frog," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of the Service

Redirect Frog is a managed domain redirection service that enables users to configure and manage HTTP 301 and 302 redirects for domain names without operating or maintaining their own hosting infrastructure.

The Service may include, but is not limited to:

  • Configuration of HTTP 301 (permanent) and 302 (temporary) redirects
  • Optional branded interstitial redirect pages
  • Redirect rule management
  • Query string preservation functionality
  • Automated SSL certificate provisioning

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You shall not use the Service to:

  • Redirect traffic to malicious, harmful, or illegal content
  • Distribute malware, spyware, phishing pages, or other harmful code
  • Facilitate spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or deceptive advertising practices
  • Redirect to pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, or unlawful material
  • Infringe or violate intellectual property rights
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

Redirect Frog reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if a User is found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Responsibility for Redirected Content

Redirect Frog provides technical redirection infrastructure only. We do not control, monitor, or endorse the content of any destination website configured by Users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all destination URLs you configure.
  • You are solely responsible for the content, legality, availability, and security of any website or service to which traffic is redirected.
  • Redirect Frog shall not be liable for any content, services, products, or materials available at redirected destinations.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials available on the Redirect Frog website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements, are the property of Redirect Frog or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Redirect Frog.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis.

  • Paid plans are billed annually.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • You may cancel at any time; however, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds or partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

Additional subscription terms may be set forth within the application and form part of the binding agreement between you and Redirect Frog.

7. Service Availability

While Redirect Frog strives to maintain high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect Service availability. Redirect Frog shall not be liable for any downtime, interruptions, delays, or loss of data resulting from maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redirect Frog disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Redirect Frog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or reputational harm.
  • Redirect Frog's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Redirect Frog during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Modifications to the Terms

Redirect Frog reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time.

Material changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
